One of the questions that interests our customers, is the procedure of declaring in the Camex personal account, if the Seller divides the order into a few parcels. In this kind of situation, the most important thing is whether the Seller announces the composition of the parcels when providing the track number (tracking code)⠀
⠀
1) If the Seller provides the contents of the parcels by the track number, each parcel is marked with the corresponding invoice and cost in the "price" section.
2) If the Seller does not provide information on the composition of the parcel, but only the track numbers, invoices are loaded for each parcel, reflecting the total cost of the order, and in the column with the price, the total cost is divided between parcels. ⠀
For example, if an order has a total value of $ 200 and it is sent in two parcels, a general invoice of $ 200 is loaded for each parcel, and $ 100 is indicated in the "prices" column. ⠀
⠀
We hope that this information will be useful, when You declaring the parcels ⠀
Best regards, CAMEX.AZ
