Starting this week, the work of the customs declaration "Smart Customs!" Would like to note, that the parcels located in the "overseas warehouse" section in your CAMEX personal account MUST BE DECLARED in the Smart Customs mobile application or in e.customs.gov.az portal in order to receive the "sent" status in flight day!
To declare a parcel:
⠀ 1) Your personal information in personal accounts of CAMEX and Smart Customs must be indicated in the same way (FIN-code, mobile phone number in your name, etc.)
2) Information about the parcel uploaded in the CAMEX personal account and in the "Smart Customs" mobile application must also be identical. ⠀
3) The "Tracking ID" section must contain a code starting with CMX100... specified in your CAMEX personal account.
4) In the section "Customs value" the total sum of the price of the parcels and the cost of delivery of CAMEX in dollars must be indicated.
5) In the sections "Quantity" and "Unit of measurement", it is necessary to indicate the weight of the goods and "KG" specified in the CAMEX personal account. Thank you for your attention!
