We want to provide you with answers to questions about the mobile application "SMART Customs" that interest our Customers most: ⠀⠀

1) What code should be entered in the "Tracking ID" section when registering a parcel in the "SMART Customs" mobile application and on the e.customs.gov.az website? ⠀

Answer: The tracking number (tracking number, gönderi takib numarası) which sent to you by the sellers is not accepted during customs declaration, in the "Tracking İD" section there must be a serial number of the invoice of the Azerbaijani carrier company, in CAMEX this number starts with CMX101... and is provided to the Customer when the parcel is displayed in the "overseas warehouse" section. ⠀

2) Does the declaration pass if the mobile phone number is in the name of another person? ⠀

Answer: It does not work when registering at SMART Customs with an "identification number", i.e. with the FİN passport code, it is impossible to proceed to the next steps of registration if the mobile phone number does not belong to the Fİan code of the owner of the CAMEX personal account.

3) Is it obligatory to declare the product at both CAMEX and SMART Customs? ⠀ ⠀

Answer: Necessarily, first of all, you upload the invoice of the goods and indicate its price in the "in stock" section, in your CAMEX personal account, and then declare in the SMART Customs mobile application with the code CMX101..., both declarations are mandatory, and in the absence one parcel does not leave the overseas warehouse.
