We present to your attention the rules of international ordering with the help of CAMEX overseas warehouses in the USA and China with AliExpress, one of the world's leading trading platforms:
1) Register on AliExpress, as well as on CAMEX.AZ
2) After registering at CAMEX.AZ, you are provided with a unique CAMEX İD number, as well as addresses of foreign warehouses.
3) When ordering the goods you have chosen, indicate the address of our overseas warehouse in the USA, thereby ensuring that the goods are shipped to the address you`ve specified.
4) After the delivery of the parcel by the Seller and its registration in the personal CAMEX account in the "In stock" section, the Client declares the invoice document and the cost of the goods.
5) After adding an invoice and mandatory customs declaration in the Smart Customs mobile application or on the e.customs.gov.az website of the Azerbaijan State Customs Committee, the parcel is sent to Azerbaijan on the next flight.
6) After customs check, the parcel is registered at the CAMEX office of your choise.
The AliExpress platform does not accept the address of the warehouse in China, as it is indicated in Chinese. For this reason, to order goods to this warehouse, you need to send the full address of the warehouse and your CAMEX ID to the seller in the "Personal Messages" section.
After the parcel receives the "Sent" status from the US and China warehouses, the goods are expected in the Baku office within 6-9 business days, depending on the customs check.
