Dear Customers, earlier we indicated that from March 1, 2023, the last period for free storage of parcels in a warehouse in America is 21 days.
We inform you that the date of application of the new rule has been changed to April 1st.
In case of non-compliance with the specified deadline, for each day overdue for 1 (one) package, a storage fee of $2 (US dollar) will be charged.
In the event that the goods were declared after the expiration of this period, the client must notify the company's employees by e-mail info@camex.net. The deadline for notification of the completion of the declaration of a parcel received at a warehouse in America is 60 days (from the date of receipt of the shipment). After 60 days, the company has the right to destroy the product.
In order to avoid any problems with the parcels, we ask you to be more careful when filling out the parcel declarations.
