Dear Customers, starting from May 1st, 2023, the volumetric weight for the Camex warehouse in the USA will be calculated as follows:
If the volumetric weight of the cargo exceeds 10 kg, the amount of delivery is determined by comparing the physical and volumetric weights of the parcel and is calculated by the largest of them. If the volumetric weight of the cargo does not pass 10 kg, the delivery fee will be calculated in physical weight.
The volumetric weight of the parcel is calculated using the following formula:
Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) /6000 = Volume weight (kg)
