Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you that, deadline of free storage for parcel which delivered to our warehouse in USA from 8th October 2018, is 14days.
In case when the customer does not comply with certain period ( fourteen days) additional storage fee will be charged according the rule of 1 parcel 1 USD for each overdue day.
The deadline for notification of the customer by carrier, about filling out the declaration of the parcel received to the USA warehouse in 45 (fourty five) days (From the date of goods reciept arrive to the warehouse). After 45 days, the company has the right to destroy the product.
We ask you be more carefull about filling out the declaration for not happening any other problem related to getting parcels.
