Glossary
Carrier - a person or a company that perform or undertake the carriage of parcels;
Customer – an individual, who is registered on the site camex.az and using the company's services;
Shipping address - parcel delivery address which the client indicates in the implementation of online shopping;
Billing address - the address of the customer's credit card registration;
Order number - a customer order number;
Tracking number - is a unique e-mail identifier that can track the stages of movement parcels;
Order confirmation - it is a confirmation of order acceptance by the seller;
Shipping confirmation - is a confirmation of the order by the seller sent to the customer’s specified address.
Invoice - An invoice is a document given to the buyer by the seller to collect payment -
What is 300 US Dollars Limit?
Please note that under the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan (in accordance with Article 2.1.4 of Decision 305 of the Cabinet of Ministers), natural persons may import into the country shipment with physical value no more than $ 300 per a month.
If the physical value exceeds $300, the customs duty is paid according to the legislation.
The $300 limit includes the cost of the item and the transfer fee.
If the limit of 300 USD is exceeded, taxes must be paid in the Smart Customs application or on the Customs Committee website. Otherwise, the parcel will not be sent to Baku.
When the parcel is detained by the customs organization, the storage fee is charged 15 AZN for keeping the parcel for the first day at Baku Cargo Terminal and 2 AZN (1 euros) for each day.

Procedure for filling out the declaration
The declaration on the website az.camex.net can be filled from two sections:
1) "Preliminary declaration"
2) "In foreign warehouse"The invoice file can be downloaded from the site from which the purchase was made or it is sent to you for personal e-mail (Order confirmation).
The invoice must contain the name of the goods, quantity, cost and total amount of payment.
* Through the "Preliminary declaration" section, you fill out the declaration after getting the invoice and tracking number from the seller until delivering the parcel to the warehouse.
You can meet instruction for preliminary declarationon the video.
* After the parcel has been delivered to the foreign warehouse, fill out the declaration and upload the invoice or coast of the item into the system through the "In foreign".
Attention!!!
1) For one package, you can upload only ONE file in PDF or JPG format.
2) In order to fully complete the completion of the declaration, the invoice file must necessarily be loaded from the system.
If you add wrong invoice file, please, contact to our call center *2112.
We would like to inform you that, deadline of free storage for parcel which delivered to our warehouse in USA is 30days.
In case when the customer does not comply with certain period (30 days) additional storage fee will be charged according the rule of 1 parcel 2 USD for each overdue day.
The deadline for notification of the customer by carrier, about filling out the declaration of the parcel received to the USA warehouse in 60 days (From the date of goods reciept arrive to the warehouse). After 50 days, the company has the right to destroy the product.
We ask you be more carefull about filling out the declaration for not happening any other problem related to getting parcels.

Conditions of transportation from UK
If the difference between dimensional and actual weight of parcels from UK exceeds 15 kilograms, the payment will be calculated based on the highest weight indicator.For example:1. The actual(physical) weight of the parcel is 3 kg and the dimensional weight is 35 kg. In this case, the shipping amount will be calculated based on the dimensional weight.2. The actual(physical) weight of the parcel is 20 kg and the dimensional weight is 4 kg. In this case, the shipping amount will be calculated on the actual(physical) weight. -
How can you choose a destination?
It is necessary to consider the details mentioned during the order of the product:
1. The destination which the parcel will delivery can be changed on "SHIPPING" section. To do so, you need to log in to your personal account on az.camex.net and select the destination from the "OFFICE" section.
2. It is possible to change the destination only according to the flight. So, there is no possibility of choosing a different destination for parcels in the same flight
3. It is impossible to change the destination if the transferring fee is paid online.

«Camex» is not engaged in the delivery of goods, officially banned in Azerbaijan, as well as prohibited for safe transportation.
We strongly recommend, before making an order, to view a list of goods, transportation of which is not possible.

Conditions of storage period
For Branches in Azerbaijan
In the event that, the customer picks up the goods delivered to the warehouse of the carrier in Baku within 30 (thirty) days, the cost of storing the goods will not be applied to him. In case of transferring this period to the customer, the fee is charged at the amount of 0.50 AZN per each day.
Foreign warehouses
The deadline for notification (in writing orally, by e-mail) of the customer by the carrier, about the possibility of receiving a parcel received by the office in Baku, is 2 (two) months (from the date of receipt of the goods to the warehouse). After 2 (two) months, the company has the right to destroy the product.
The deadline for notification (in written or oral form, by e-mail) of the customer by the carrier, about filling out the declaration of the parcel received to the foreign warehouse, is 2 (two) months (from the date of receipt of the goods to the warehouse). After 2 (two) months, the company has the right to destroy the product.
Note:
Deadline of free storage for parcel which delivered to our warehouse in USA from 8th October 2018, is 30days.
In case when the customer does not comply with certain period ( fourteen days) additional storage fee will be charged according the rule of 1 parcel 2 USD for each overdue day.
The deadline for notification of the customer by carrier, about filling out the declaration of the parcel received to the USA warehouse in 60 (forty five) days (From the date of goods receipt arrive to the warehouse). After 60 days, the company has the right of destruction of the parcel.

THE RULES FOR STORING PARCELS IN THE US WAREHOUSE CHANGED.
Dear customers, we would like to inform you that starting from September 2023, the deadline for free storage of parcels delivered to the CAMEX USA warehouse is 30 days. A storage fee of 2 USD per 1 (one) package is charged for each additional day of storage if the stipulated period is exceeded. If 30 days have passed, the Customer must provide this information to our company colleagues after fully declaring the package. The deadline for sending notifications (in writing, to the e-mail address - info@camex.net) about filling out the declaration of the parcel is 60 days (from the day the parcel entered the warehouse). After 60 days, the company has the right to destroy the product. We ask you to be more careful in filling out the declarations so that there are no problems with the parcels. When is it necessary to declare the parcels for shipment?
To send a parcel from the foreign warehouse, the process of specifying the amount of goods and invoice in the "In stock" section in the CAMEX office, as well as the process of creating a customs declaration must be carried out no later than 24 hours before the day of dispatch, otherwise the parcel may not be sent from the warehouse to the nearest flight.

Force majeure situations
According to our company's rules, cargo delivery may take from 3 to 14 business days. This time frame takes into account various unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays and other factors that are not always within our control. In addition, we would like to inform you that the process of paying compensation in case of delays may also take time. Typically, compensation is provided within 30 business days, but the timing may further depend on the operation of the banking system. -
Parcel display times and unidentified goods
After delivery, parcels appear on your account within 1-3 business days, but everything depends on the courier service. Sometimes companies like USPS, FedEx, etc. they note that the goods have been delivered, but in fact the parcel is delivered to us a few days later. There are also situations when a package is delivered and handed over to our employees at the warehouse, but certain data is not indicated on it, such as Camex ID or the clients' first and last name. In such a situation, the parcel is added to our system as unidentified. The client should contact our company 3 days after delivery of the goods, since only Camex employees in this situation will be able to add the goods to the account. -
Do not order from WALMART!
The company known as Walmart is popular among buyers, but there are many important factors due to which we strictly do not recommend ordering from this seller. Unfortunately, in 90% of cases, when delivering goods, Walmart does not provide a tracking number for the package, which makes it almost impossible to track the goods. Often, the couriers of this company provide a photograph of the delivery, but over so many years we have often encountered a situation where the parcel was not personally handed over to our warehouse, but was left on the street or sometimes on the road. Also, customers often face the problem of receiving goods. Often customers order one product but receive something completely different. We would like to note that Camex LLC is not responsible for items shipped by Walmart. -

2) Your personal account on az.camex.net you will see our warehouse addresses for the US, Greece, Germany, China, Turkey and England;
Click on your name and surname on the right side of the window to view the warehouse addresses.
3) Visit the site where you would like to order (eg: ebay, amazon, etc.) and write one of our 6 warehouses listed on your personal account on Camex account as the shipping address on the site which you make a purchase.
4) You will be automatically notified by email after your parcel have been delivery in one of our US, Greece, Germany, China, Turkey and UK warehouses. After that, you can track the location and movement of your parcel into the "Camex" account;
5) When parcels are deliveried to Camex offices, you will be notified via SMS and email.
Note: You can order from any site. If the seller delivers the parcel to our warehouses, there is no any problem for delivering your parcel by our company.

What is "Tracking" ?

What is dimensional weight and how is it calculated
In accordance with the rules of the International Air Transport transported parcels are measured in two ways:
1) Physical weight;
2) Volume weight.
If the size of large parcels (in an airplane take up more space), initially counted two weight indicator, and then the highest rate is taken as the basis for calculating the delivery price.
As a general rule, the volumetric weight is calculated as follows:
(Width (cm) x length (cm) x height (cm)) / 6000 = Volumetric Weight(in kg)

What should we know while shopping online?
During the online purchase, the "shipping adress" section must be filled in according to the example provided in your Camex account.
The name, surname are not correctly entered as your Camex personal account, the parcel stays in foreign warehouses, not sent to Azerbaijan, and the delivery time is extended until the owner is assigned
In such a case, the company is not obligated to delay the order.
Orders that sended by you from the "order online" section are executed within 24 business hours. If the order does not get through for one reason or another, the amount will returned by the bank within 7-22 business days after the card details are provided.

What are delivery procedures from online shop to our warehouse
Online shop sends the product to the shipping address indicated in the shipping field by the local mail couriers. Time of delivery depends on the origin, destination and shipping services. Packages are delivered within 2-8 days by local couriers. International shipping needs 1 or 2 weeks from Europe and up to 1 month from China. Delivery time may be prolonged by unexpected change of climate conditions or technical delays in shops or post offices.
We have no information about the package until it arrives in our US warehouse, therefore we accept no responsibility for it until it has been safely delivered to our warehouse. The information about your package will be uploaded in our system within 3 working days it enters our US warehouse and after fully decleration it will be sent by the first available flight.

How can I edit my personal information?
During the registration it is necessary to observe the punctuality of filling in personal information for efficient and uninterrupted transportation and receipt of parcels.
In order to change your personal data, go to "Personal Information" in the upper left corner of the page and click on it. To save the information, click the button "Edit".
In order to change the last name, first name and address, you need to send an official letter to info@camex.net from the e-mail address through which the registration was completed.
For the introduction of changes, it is necessary to attach a two-sided copy of the identity card to the letter and indicate the İD number.

Why it is necessary to fill in a package information in the personal room
Parcels arrived in Azerbaijan, required to undergo customs control. In order to avoid delays, it is necessary to place the accurate information (declaration) about packages in your personal room. Package declaration should be made immediately upon the package enters the US warehouse to avoid any type of delays and ambiguity.
You may fill in declaration in your personal account as soon as the seller sends you a tracking code.
If the seller provides you with a tracking code in advance, you should enter the information in your personal room before the parcel is delivered to our US warehouse and relevant tracking number assigned by our Company.
Accuracy and correctness of the data causes the uninterrupted performance of service.
The Customer shall be registered only once, by indicating his ID number.

Refund Policy
All refund claims can be made either in writing, email, live chat or via telephone. If your shipment is delivered to our foreign warehouses and has an authorized signature with Company sign, but have not been uploaded in your personal room within 1 month, you can request refund. You must make your inquiry within 30 days of the mailing date. We do this by General Terms and Conditions of the Agreement. The refund process is from 30 business days. However, please note that the company has the right to request additional data or evidence from the customer that the parcel have actually been delivered to our warehouse. In such cases, the customer is requested to sign the recipient or courier. Without this signature or proof (POD - Proof Of Delivery) document, the company has the right not to pay compensation.
It is possible that foreign warehouses receive damaged or incomplete or empty parcel. If the damage or loss is visible we will not accept the parcel and notify the customer about it.
We are not responsible if the delay, confiscation of the shipment is made by the customs service or any other state authorities due to the inner content of the shipment, and/or incorrectly declared documents or failure to pay the customs value by the customer.
In case of loss and/or damage of shipment by the company’s fault, we bear responsibility to refund it. The amount of remuneration will be determined by the value of products which is shown is the invoice but not exceeding the amount having declared by the customer in the declaration form.
We will not be accountable for the parcels that are not signed upon delivery by an authorized company representative.
Shipments which will not be picked up from our Baku office in 2 month shall be considered as company's or state property.

What should we know about USPS in USA?
The most common among transport techniques, shops use USPS postal service, due to its cheapness. However, this post is working with enough faults. The first thing you need to know USPS does not deliver to the warehouse on Saturdays, but only recorded in its system, are loaded into the car and prepared for delivery to the address on Monday, but the parcels at the same time get marked "delivered" (delivered), what it is fact is untrue and misleading.
